delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all Australian metro areas. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
What are your shipping charges?
Delivery is free for orders of $250 or more. We offer flat rate shipping of $25 for all other orders.
My delivery was damaged. What do I do?
That’s not good. Please send us a photo of the damage and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or send you a replacement at no cost.
Is an adult signature required at delivery?
We do not require a signature, but we will need to check ID (e.g. a driver licence) to prove we are delivering to someone over the age of 18. For this reason, we recommend delivery to a work address or an address where someone will be available to receive a delivery.
What does contactless delivery mean?
Social responsibility matters to us, which is why we are offering contactless delivery:
we will examine your ID and take down your details from a distance without having to handle it personally
we will maintain our distance when delivering items by placing items on the ground where possible

what payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards and all debit cards and bank transfers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

how do you sign up for the Lucky Grape box?
To subscribe to the monthly the lucky grape box, head to the wine box page. You’ll be able to see the current box that’s available as well as what’s coming. Simply choose whether you want the six or twelve box option and click ‘sign me up’. Once you create an account, you will fill in your shipping and billing information.
When does the Lucky Grape box ship?
The Lucky Grape box ships the last week of every month (so the July box will ship the last week of June) although we can’t guarantee a delivery date. Feel free to contact us if you need to arrange for a different shipping date.
When does my subscription renew?
When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your first month’s subscription in advance (i.e. if you purchase in June, that is for the July the lucky wine box). Your membership will renew every month from your date of purchase. We will send you an email every month before you are charged to introduce the next month’s box, and remind you of the upcoming renewal. Your membership automatically renews unless you decide to cancel.
how do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Our subscriptions renew indefinitely. If you want to skip a box at any time, simply email us. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can either email us or cancel directing from within your customer account.
I loved the wines in your last box, is it possible to purchase more?
We’re thrilled - and most likely yes! We have an extensive online wine store which lists the majority of the stock we carry, so that’s a good place to start. But if you can’t see what you’re looking for, just email us and we should be able to source what you’re looking for.
