Mustilli Sant'Agata De Goti Falanghina Del Sannio 2023 Campania
In 1976, Leonardo Mustilli was the first to recognize the potential of the Falanghina grape, making a single-varietal wine. Today, it is one of the most representative producers in southern Italy, and since then, Mustilli has cultivated a shining gem in the Sant'Agata dei Goti subzone.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING Grapes from the Presta, Pozzillo and Cesco di Nece vineyards in the municipality of S. Agata dei Goti, selected and harvested by hand. Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C for approximately two weeks. Aged in steel with periodic batonnage.
COLOR Straw yellow, with lively golden and green reflections.
AROMA: Intense, persistent, fruity with hints of red-skinned fruit such as Annurca apple and tropical fruit, floral and delicately spicy.
FLAVOR : Dry, fresh, persistent, medium-bodied and structured.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C.
FOOD PAIRING: It pairs perfectly with seafood, shellfish, vegetables, risottos and rice timbales, fresh fish carpaccio, and white meats. Excellent as an aperitif with international cuisine .
